Our WILDCOOK events are always very popular and enjoyed by all. The WILDCOOK team is made up of myself, Penny Ericson and even occasionally James Golding. We offer all kinds of culinary and foraging entertainment. Whether you are a graden centre, farmshop, major retailer, pub restaurant we are happy to turn up with samples and smiles.
Events we offer include:
- WILDCOOK demos - my team and I are always happy to give demos of cooking techniques which are usually accompanied by a talk about wild food and foraging
- book signings - if retail my book then I will happy come along with some food samples, chat to people, sign some books
- salt and produce days - we will provide samples of our salts for people to try and purchase
- foraging days in conjunction with THE PIG and Limewood
- WILDCOOK culinary events - we are regularly asked to provide the menu plus the ingredients for lunches and dinners at pubs and restaurants.
